Service Description
Good training results in confident leaders who understand relationship and spiritual dynamics, and are capable of creating an effective group atmosphere essential for discipleship, pastoral care, and evangelism. This course serves as a leadership development tool, helping trainees experience personal growth, skills development, and an understanding of the core issues encountered in running various groups. Effective training produces leaders who are enthusiastic about leading and capable of assisting others in growing to their full potential in Christ. The course includes teaching on discipleship and restoration, as well as demonstrations of small group skills.
